It is so important to look at mental health holistically, learning about how a person's overall system is impacted by any mental and/or physical conditions. I am certified in nutrition for mental health, and incorporate this into my practice. There is a strong mind-body connection, so learning about how nutrition affects our mental health is necessary for overall well being.
